Delayed dispatch lets you place your Confetti Bee order in advance and have it sent closer to your wedding or event date. Confetti Bee offers this so customers can order early without needing to store their confetti for longer than necessary.

You can place a delayed dispatch order up to 24 months before your wedding or event. 

When placing your order, select Yes "Delay my Order" enter your wedding or event date. We will then schedule your order to be sent 4 weeks before the event.

Selling by weight can be misleading because different petals weigh different amounts. Some petals are lighter, some are heavier, and some are larger or more textured. A weight-based measurement could mean customers receive very different-looking amounts depending on the petal type.

If you order a quantity of 1, you will receive 1 full litre of confetti.

Not exactly. Smaller petals will look like a higher number of petals, while larger petals will look like fewer individual pieces. However, each option is still measured as 1 full litre by volume.

With smaller petal confetti, you receive a higher volume of individual petals. With medium petals, you receive fewer individual petals than small types but more than large types. With large petals, you receive fewer individual petals because each petal takes up more space.

Confetti Bee estimates that 1 litre of small petal confetti provides around 10–15 loose handfuls and fills approximately 15–20 packets.

A loose handful is measured as approximately 50ml, which is the same as a double shot glass. It is intended to represent a typical amount someone would hold to throw.

The bags Confetti Bee uses can hold more than 1 litre, so they are not filled right to the brim. This leaves air space around the petals, helping cushion them and reduce crushing during transport.

As petals are a natural product, darker or more vibrant colours may occasionally leave a mark if they become wet and are pressed against delicate fabrics, pale outfits or porous surfaces. This is similar to how fresh flowers or grass can sometimes transfer colour when damp.

To avoid any marks, we recommend keeping your petal confetti dry before use and storing it in a cool, dry place until your celebration. After your confetti throw, simply brush away any petals from dresses, suits or accessories.

If you are concerned about staining, lighter petal shades or white petal confetti are a lovely choice for a soft, elegant and worry-free confetti throw.

Our biodegradable paper confetti is ColourFast, meaning it is specially designed to help prevent colour transfer when used as intended. When kept dry, our paper confetti should not stain clothing, suits, dresses or surfaces, making it a beautiful, venue-friendly choice for weddings and celebrations.

However, as with any coloured paper product, we still recommend avoiding prolonged contact with moisture. If paper confetti becomes very wet and is left sitting on delicate fabrics, pale clothing or porous surfaces, there may be a small chance of colour transfer.

To keep your confetti moment picture-perfect, we suggest storing your paper confetti somewhere cool and dry before the big day, keeping it away from rain or damp conditions, and brushing it off clothing shortly after your confetti throw.

For extra peace of mind, especially if you are wearing very pale or delicate fabrics, you may wish to choose lighter colours or white biodegradable paper confetti.

Once a parcel has been collected from, or has left, Confetti Bee LTD, responsibility for the delivery process passes to the courier selected by the customer at checkout.

No. After dispatch, Confetti Bee LTD has no control over how the parcel is handled, transported, or delivered. This is managed entirely by the selected delivery company.

Confetti Bee LTD cannot be held liable for matters outside of our control once the parcel has been handed over to the delivery company.

By placing an order and selecting a delivery service at checkout, the customer accepts that responsibility for delivery passes to the chosen courier once the parcel has left Confetti Bee LTD.

If your parcel appears to be missing or lost, please contact us so we can review the order and advise on the next steps.

A claim for a missing or lost parcel can only be raised 14 days after the dispatch date with our delivery courier. This process cannot be started before the 14-day period has passed.

Confetti Bee LTD will submit the claim on the customer’s behalf with the delivery courier.

Once the claim has been submitted, we must wait for the courier’s investigation and final outcome. A claim can take up to 4 weeks to be processed by the delivery courier.

As parcels are not delivered directly by Confetti Bee LTD, all lost or missing parcels are the responsibility of the delivery courier. However, we will assist customers by submitting the claim on their behalf.

If the claim is successful, the customer’s order will either be replaced or refunded.

If you require the items sooner, you may place a new order while the claim is being investigated.

Yes. If the claim for the original missing or lost parcel is successful, a refund for the original order will be processed back to you.
