We offer Free UK Delivery on all orders over £60.* - Just enter code: FreeDelivery at checkout to receive Free standard delivery on your order.

Our Standard UK delivery service is via Royal Mail 3-5 working days and the price starts from £4.95.

We also offer an Express Delivery option via Royal Mail for £6.99. This is a 1-2 business days service on orders placed before 1pm.

If you're really in a rush, there is also an Express Next Day Guaranteed Before 1pm option via Royal Mail for £13.99. This is a Next Day service on orders placed before 1pm but does exclude weekends.

Please note, all of the above delivery lead times are dictated by Royal Mail and are stated by them to be an estimate only, not a guarantee. We always strongly urge our customers to factor this in when choosing the right delivery option for you. If your wedding/event is within a week of placing your order, please choose the Express service to avoid issues.

Delivery charges are calculated by weight. Our checkout system will automatically work out the total delivery charge for your order.

Delivery FAQs

When will my order be dispatched?

We dispatch all orders from Confetti Bee HQ in Lancashire. Orders are packaged and dispatched Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays). We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours of ordering. Any delays will be communicated.

All orders are delivered via Royal Mail or DPD couriers.

Do I get a tracking number?

Yes, once your order has been packaged and sent out with our courier we will email over a tracking number.

How is my confetti sample delivered?

Your confetti samples will be delivered in a protective box that will fit through your letterbox.

Samples will be sent with Royal Mail 2nd class, please allow 5-7 working days for delivery.

If you do require a faster delivery service on your samples, please get in touch and we can provide a quote for this service.


We are unfortunately unable to accept returns on any of our confetti products.

The reasons for this are:

- Our confetti items are custom made to order, meaning a returned item may remain unsaleable.

- We have no guarantee of how the confetti products might have been stored whilst it was away from our possession, meaning a risk that we will be unable to re-sell the item if it shows any degrading issues.

- We offer a confetti Sample service, so customers do have the ability to ensure they will be happy with the product without initially purchasing it in full.

The following scenario is the only one whereby a return can be accepted & a refund issued:

- The received product is not as described on the website

In this instance, we must receive any return request within 14 days of the original delivery.

All returned items must be unused and in re-saleable condition. No refund will be provided in the event of any items arriving with us damaged, degraded, opened or unsaleable.

Refunds will be processed via the original payment method and will be credited to your account within 3-5 working days.

Please note that we are unable to accept returns of any personalised items. This includes confetti orders that are pre-filled, as these are made to order.
