Not sure which confetti is right for your wedding day? Our Confetti Samples make it easy to see your favourites before placing your full order.
Simply choose the confetti you would like to sample and we’ll send you a handful in one of our clear packets, so you can see the colours, petal sizes and overall look in person.
Samples are available from both our Original Confetti range and our beautiful Confetti Collections.
If you’re thinking about creating your own Pick 'n' Mix Confetti, we recommend ordering a sample of each confetti you love. Once they arrive, you can mix the samples together at home to see exactly how your finished combination could look on your wedding day.
How are confetti samples delivered?
All Confetti Bee samples are carefully packed in a protective letterbox-sized box to help keep your confetti safe during delivery.
Samples are sent via Royal Mail 2nd Class. Please allow approximately 7–10 working days for your samples to arrive.
Can I get faster delivery for samples?
Yes. If you need your confetti samples sooner, please contact Confetti Bee before ordering and we can provide a quote for a faster delivery service.
Ordering samples is a great way to compare different colours, petals and combinations before deciding on the perfect confetti for your big day.
We supply confetti in different methods, but most commonly in 1 litre bagged amounts. To clarify, the bags themselves actually hold a quantity of over 1 litre, so the bags are not 100% full to the brim. This is to ensure there is some space left around the petals to help cushion and avoid them being crushed during transport.
We measure the confetti volume with a litre jug prior to it being bagged and always ensure we add a little bit extra anyway.
And how far does a litre of confetti go? Well, it's hard to be precise on this of course but we try to help by giving some guidance...With small petal confetti, we estimate that 1 litre of confetti will provide 10-15 loose handfuls and fill around 15-20 packets. (For extra detail, we define a 'loose handful' as the exact amount of a double shot glass, i.e 50ml - Not a small scattering but not a huge mound either, just the typical amount someone would hold to throw)
With medium/large petal confetti, we estimate that 1 litre of confetti will provide 8-12 loose handfuls and fill around 10-15 packets.
Ensure your confetti is kept in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and any moisture.
Our dried confetti will last up to 6 months if stored correctly.

Our Standard UK delivery service via Royal Mail is 3-5 working days and price starts from £5.95.
We also offer an Express Delivery option via Royal Mail for £7.99, this is a 1-2 business days service.
If you're really in a rush, there is also an Express Next Day Guaranteed Before 1pm option via Royal Mail for £14.99. This is a Next Day service on orders placed before 1pm but does exclude weekends.
Please note, all of the above delivery lead times are dictated by Royal Mail and are stated by them to be an estimate only, not a guarantee. We always strongly urge our customers to factor this in when choosing the right delivery option for you. If your wedding/event is within a week of placing your order, please choose the Express service to avoid issues.
Delivery charges are calculated by weight. Our checkout system will automatically work out the total delivery charge for your order.
